ALL members need to be present for our December 19 SCHG monthly meeting. There are some important SCHG By-law issues that need to discussed and voted on. We need everyone’s input.
Please note that this is a change from our regular meeting of the fourth Thursday of the month to the third Thursday of the month because of Christmas. Please note that we are getting together at 1700 hours (5pm) instead of 1800 hours (6pm) for a Christmas Potluck.
The tentative agenda for December will be:
1) Christmas Potluck 1700 hours (Everyone to bring a dish to pass. William’s wife Katherine will be calling everyone to coordinate the dishes to pass)
2) Business meeting
